Graeme Croft’s Signature Care has welcomed the first residents into its new aged care facility in Langwarrin, around 60km southeast of Melbourne.

Langwarrin Community Aged Care has 144 single rooms with private ensuites.

The facility also has two memory support areas with 18 rooms each (36 in total) for residents who are living with dementia.

“Staff are currently meeting our new residents, showing them around their new home and introducing them to new friends,” the provider said in a statement.

Signature Care operates three other facilities in Victoria with sites in Officer, Romsey and Warragul, in addition to homes in NSW, QLD and WA.
