Baptcare website refresh receives widespread approval

Not For Profit provider Baptcare has updated its eight-year-old website, using photography of the provider's real life residents, and receiving overwhelmingly positive responses.

The aged care, home care and retirement living provider needed to update its website to be compatible with its Content Management System, a spokesperson for Baptcare told The Weekly SOURCE.

Working closely with digital agency, August, the new site is aimed at making navigating the care journey easier for customers, attracting candidates and volunteers for opportunities within Baptcare, and enabling donations to certain Baptcare services.

"We’ve received great feedback from consumers on our advisory committee before and after go-live and who continue to inform us with helpful information. We have also had very positive feedback from staff members," the spokesperson said.
