BaptistCare announces major partnership with Hayylo

1 min read

The Not For Profit residential aged care, retirement living, and home care provider, which supports more than 24,000 people across 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA, has announced a partnership with communication, analytics and service coordination platform Hayylo.

The partnership will initially cover BaptistCare's home care services, but will eventually expand into aged care homes, retirement living, community housing, and other BaptistCare locations.

With the introduction of customer advisory bodies and the upcoming Support at Home changes, the partnership is in line with the sector’s growing focus on customer-centred care.

Hayylo's platform will be integrated with AlayaCare's client management system.

"BaptistCare at home want to make it as easy as possible for clients and family members to access all the information they want about the services they are receiving, and request changes simply and easily," said Sarah Newman, General Manager of BaptistCare at home (pictured above left).

"We investigated a number of options, and Hayylo stood out, not just for the quality of their technology, but also their approach to collaboration and partnership with us."

“We are excited to support one of the leading organisations in Australia in their delivery of world class services to customer groups across NSW, ACT and WA," said Gregory Satur, CEO at Hayylo (pictured above right).
