Not For Profit provider mecwacare taps Cognizant for digital transformation

The Victorian multi-service charitable provider has contracted technology consultants Cognizant to modernise and integrate its fragmented IT systems, with the aim of improving the digital experience of workforce, clients, and families.

Cognizant will implement a single integrated platform, employing Salesforce and Workday software and increasing the use of data, analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI), across mecwacare's full range of services.
