WA’s Amana Living takes up eCase retirement living, aged care and home care tech solution

1 min read

WA Not for Profit aged care provider Amana Living has formed an agreement with technology platform Health Metrics that will see Health Metrics’ eCase software implemented across Amana Living’s 15 residential aged care facilities, six day clubs, 17 retirement villages and range of home care services.

Established in 2008, Health Metrics was created to enable their customers to sustainably provide care.

Health Metrics developed eCase for residential aged care, retirement living, and home and disability care services.

Health Metrics currently supports more than 170 providers across Australia and New Zealand, helping deliver care to over 60,000 people.

Amana Living selected Health Metrics to support its plans for process improvement, innovation and growth, and its desire for an improved consumer experience.

The attraction of eCase is its ability to span home care, retirement living and residential aged care, said Amana Living CEO, Stephanie Buckland.

“We have exceptional staff and services, but we need technology that better allows our customers to seamlessly transition between our services as their needs change,” Stephanie said.

“A collaboration with Health Metrics ensures we have a system fit for purpose for each of our models of care, as well as a technology partner who can scale with us as we expand our services.

“The eCase platform will also reduce the administrative workload for our staff and allow us to focus on what we do best which is to provide high quality care.”

“We look forward to a long-term partnership with Amana Living and supporting them in the delivery of high-quality aged care services,” said Health Metrics CEO, Paul Brindle.

“As we invest more in our product to meet Amana Living’s innovative requirements, our existing customer base will also benefit from the new capabilities within eCase.”
