The Shoreline
, which will be the biggest retirement and aged care community in Coffs Harbour and surrounds, has sold off-the plan 58 of the 77 luxury apartments in the first stage. Another six of the 22 apartments in the second stage have been snapped up.

“A number of our residents have already sold their homes and they will be among the first to move in,” said Brett.

“We held a number of information sessions to recruit staff and that went exceptionally well. We have now moved to interviews, interest remains very strong, and the quality of applications is very high.”

Although the development has been delayed due to COVID-19, wet weather and labour shortages, remarkably for a project of this size, it will only be around six months behind schedule.
