The Not For Profit has posted a time lapse video of the progress being made at its latest $50 million development in West Lakes, in western Adelaide, which is expected to be open sometime in 2021.
As we covered here, the project is part of the wider redevelopment of the former Football Park site into a residential and commercial master-planned community which started in 2018.
Work has commenced on the fourth floor, where 17 two- and three-bedroom apartments will be located, with steel work being installed.
The development will also house a 108-room aged care facility.
The West Lake development will be UnitingSA’s sixth retirement village alongside six aged care facilities.
