Three of four $4M-plus whole floor sub-penthouse apartments reserved at Lendlease’s The Baytree by Ardency

Lendlease’s The Baytree by Ardency at Greenwich on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, hopes to have completed a new four-storey building, called Sirius, before the end of the year.

Each floor contains one apartment. Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom sub-penthouse apartments have open outdoors spaces.

Each whole floor apartment comes with two car spaces, and can be accessed privately from a secure entry, or through the main entrance and Concierge of The Baytree.

The sub-penthouse apartments are priced from $4 million, with interiors ranging in size from 142 to 172sq/m.

Three have already been reserved off-the-plan.

If that is beyond a potential customer’s budget, there are residences on offer within The Baytree, from 2-bedroom apartments to grand penthouse homes, with 2-bedroom apartments priced from $2 million.

“Ardency is Lendlease’s collection of high-end retirement living communities for over 55s, known for its premium amenities, personal services and designer apartments, set in some of Australia’s most sought-after locations,” Nathan Cockerill, Managing Director of Retirement Living, Lendlease, said.

“The Baytree by Ardency is the epitome of the brand. We’re finding that residents are moving in for the luxury boutique living, but also for the five-star service, rich experiences and being surrounded by a vibrant community of like-minded people.”
