HBB Properties Pty Ltd and Japara Healthcare have sold an aged care development site in Sydney’s Carlingford to Regis Aged Care.
The site – which was not part of Calvary Health Care’s acquisition of Japara - is DA approved for a 118-bed facility over three levels with generous floor to space ratios for residents.
The site is located 27 km north of Sydney CBD at 43-47 Murray Farm Road, Carlingford.
The sale price is believed to be around $15 million.
Phil Smith of Health Aged Care Confidential, who managed the off-market sale, said, “This site was a one-off opportunity that suited a quality operator.
“Sites of this quality are very hard to find and even in a challenging building environment a quality site will always be in demand.”
