Sid Gupta buys his third retirement village in regional NSW

Shane Nicholson, Director and Principal of ACSL Property, in conjunction with Colliers, announced last Thursday he sold the retirement village with 32 independent living units, with approval for a further 27 units, in the town of Cootamundra, in the South West Slopes region of NSW, 390km from Sydney.

The village was previously owned by Mountainview Retreat RV Pty Ltd and has been sold to Gupta’s SAP Capital. His Easy Living villas company now owns retirement villages in Cootamundra, Tamworth in northeast NSW, and Wagga Wagga, in the NSW Riverina.

“Congratulations to the purchaser Sid Gupta of SAP Capital on their astute acquisition - another strategic addition to their growing retirement village portfolio. A move that reflects their clear vision and ongoing commitment to the RV sector,” Shane said.

It is believed Sid is eyeing another retirement village in regional NSW for sale.

SAP Capital is a real estate investment trust.
