Aged care standards are being reformed – when some providers have yet to be assessed against the old standards

After just three years of operation, many residential aged care operators are yet to be assessed against the current aged care quality standards, which were only introduced in 2019.

Now the quality standards are being revised – again.

Angelika Koplin, Director and Principal Consultant at Aged Care Strategies and Support Pty Ltd, says she hopes the Government didn’t spend too much money re-inventing the wheel.
