Anchor Excellence teams up with Ausmed for healthcare education

1 min read

Anchor Excellence has formed a new strategic partnership with Ausmed, a leading organisation in the healthcare education sector.

The alliance gives Ausmed customers extra support, as well as access to the Anchor Policy suite, which includes best-practice resources such as policies, processes, manuals, templates, and tools on a variety of topics.

According to Cynthia Payne (pictured), Founder and Managing Director at Anchor, the partnership will enable wider and deeper services to customers of both organisations.

“We are two leading organisations with a common focus – to improve the lived experience for older Australians in a care setting.

“To do this, it’s fundamental to increase capability in the sector and the skills needed to deliver the required care and support. We have worked with over 35% of aged care providers nationally and understand the challenges and what it takes to succeed,” she said.

Will Egan, Chief Executive at Ausmed, said both his company and Anchor share common values and the common purpose of improving resident care.

“Our strategic partnership brings together the best of software, education, policies and service to enable organisations to enhance the experience of older Australians receiving care.

“Ausmed has been active in the Australian healthcare sector for over 30 years, with an estimated one in five healthcare professionals using Ausmed every month. This partnership is another way we aim to support aged care providers in moving beyond ‘tick-a-box’ compliance and towards continuous improvement,” he said.
