Bene Aged Care invests in Alayacare Client Management System and Hayylo’s Care Service Platform

Bene Aged Care, which provides residential aged care at three sites in South Australia, as well as home care and lifestyle and wellness services, has invested in connecting Hayylo’s Care Service Platform with the Alayacare Client Management System.

“We chose Hayylo and Alayacare as our joint solution because they work together seamlessly to create the best experience for our customers,” said Anne Higginson, Bene Aged Care’s Manager of Community Services.

“Community is what makes Bene great and working across our culturally and linguistically diverse communities meant our offering needed to include customers and their families in the care experience.”

Not For Profit Bene Aged Care caters largely to the Italian community in Adelaide, and has operated in aged care for nearly 50 years. It supports more than 2,500 South Australians.

Hayylo is a care service platform that enables communication between home care clients, families, and admin teams, eliminating repetitive tasks and keeping families, residents, clients and operators informed.

Greg Satur, Hayylo CEO, said, “Allowing teams, clients, and their families to interact with each other in ways that are easy for them, whilst keeping everything organised, means things don’t get missed.
