Not For Profit Blue Care has won Gold in the Home Care Services QLD category of the 2023 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards.
The survey of 2,000 Australians rated organisations across five “key pillars” of customer service: personalisation, understanding, simplicity, satisfaction and consistency. According to Blue Care’s Group Executive for Aged Care & Community Services, Cathy Thomas (pictured), the award is significant for the team following a “big year” of floods, COVID-19, and social isolation.
“More than anything, this award is a testament to the continued passion and dedication every Blue Care staff member has shown in the service of our clients and residents, despite the challenges faced along the way.
“I have been inspired by the efforts Blue Care staff have taken to keep our residents and clients connected to family, friends and the communities around them during the ongoing COVID pandemic,” she said.
Blue Care was also recently named Reader’s Digest’s 2022 most trusted brand for residential aged care and home care in Queensland.
