WA-based Not For Profit provider Brightwater Care Group has opened its new facility at Inglewood, in Perth’s inner suburbs, welcoming its first two residents.

The facility, which includes a new head office for Brightwater as well as a 128-bed aged care home, was designed to bring Brightwater administrative and research staff closer to residents, and includes dementia-friendly design; state-of-the-art ventilation systems; and energy-saving technology, according to Brightwater’s CEO, Professor Catherine Stoddart.

The first two Brightwater Inglewood Residents, John Caddy and John Pearce (pictured with Chief Operations Officer Kelly Worlock), moved into the home on Monday.
