The $40 million 10-storey ‘Clifton Views’ aged care and community health hub at Clifton Hill, 4km from the Melbourne CBD, will have 123 beds plus a medical centre, pharmacy, allied health services and pathology collection centre that will be open to the public.
At the time the development was announced, CEO Lou Pascuzzi said the high-rise model of aged care was “the only commercially viable option for highly-developed areas such as Clifton Hill.”
The new facilities will cap off a busy year for the family-owned provider, which was founded in 2015 and specialises in developments that combine community healthcare services and aged care.
They are also opening a new facility in Geelong as well as starting construction on two new sites in Melbourne and overseeing the redevelopment of Homestead Estate at Wallington and Sunlight in Whittlesea.
