Hayylo and Anglicare Southern Queensland launch home care pilot in Brisbane’s south

Home care software provider Hayylo has partnered with Anglicare Southern Queensland to trial a purpose-built digital platform to connect clients with caregivers.

The pilot group will span Anglicare SQ’s 5,200 clients in Brisbane South and 260 staff and will be conducted over three months.

Anglicare SQ told the SOURCE, “This pilot program will enable Anglicare SQ to trial the use of a digital platform to connect with our clients and care givers, in addition to our existing communication methods including email and our Customer Service Centre.

Initially, clients will be able to see upcoming appointments and be able to initiate digital chat sessions, as well as request appointment changes. Further functionality will be developed in consultation with our clients.

“This pilot program will enable us to test a new communication platform and will seek feedback from regarding use and functionality and the desire to roll out the platform more broadly.”

Hayylo CEO and Co-Founder Greg Satur (pictured below, right), said, “The platform will empower Anglicare Southern Queensland to make informed decisions, improve client communication, and foster stronger relationships, leading to better support and increased satisfaction for the clients and community it serves.”

Anglicare SQ Chief Digital Officer, Barry Mather said, “We’re constantly looking for ways to improve our client engagement and service and are excited to be able to trial new technology and digital platforms within the home care sector.”

“We are confident that the Hayylo platform will help us continue to provide exceptional care and support for our clients.”
