Jason Howie appointed to Pride’s consulting team

Jason Howie has taken on a strategy and governance consulting role with Pride Living.

Jason was CEO of KinCare for 20 years, growing the business from $2 million in revenue to $110 million, with 1,500 staff. KinCare was sold to NYSE-listed investment bank Moelis & Company last year.

Jason will help with mergers and acquisitions, divestment of non-core businesses, technology implementation, team leadership, HR, and winning contracts.

A statement from Pride said, “Pride Living is excited to announce that Jason Howie has joined our consulting team. Jason brings immense knowledge and background in the home care space gained from his 20 years as CEO at KinCare.

“His particular focus at Pride Living is on Strategy and Governance with an emphasis on home care service provision in the currently changing regulatory setting.”
