Mable sister company, HomeMade, launches update to its home care self management platform

1 min read

HomeMade, a sister company of Mable Technologies, has revealed updates to its platform that further automate processes, and enable greater transparency and flexibility.

HomeMade was developed in 2021 to help Mable users self manage their Government-funded Home Care Package, including building support plans and budgets, managing funds, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring compliance.

According to the Home Care Packages program data report for the December 2022 quarter, as of 31 December 2022, 235,599 people had Home Care Packages, a 19% increase from the previous year.

While the report does not include data on how many of these packages were self managed, it’s clear that growing numbers wish to receive care at home.

“HomeMade’s vision is to transform home care in Australia, and we are continuously building our capabilities – whether that’s teams, processes, or technology,” said Laura Westhorpe, General Manager, HomeMade.
