Victorian Not For Profit Mayflower Aged Care has hired former Bolton Clarke executive Stuart Rodney (pictured left) as its new CEO.

Stuart, who left his role as Bolton Clarke’s Executive General Manager – Residential Aged Care in October, has previously served in other health and community care roles such as Chief Business Development Officer at American Hospital Dubai, and Chief Operating Officer with Health Support Queensland.

Mayflower’s Chair, Anthony Mutton (pictured right), says the Board is “excited” to have Stuart leading the provider.

“His strong commercial acumen, and passion for aged care, places us in a sound position to navigate aged care reforms, as we work to finalise and implement our 2023-26 Strategic Plan,” he said.

Mayflower last month expanded its presence in Melbourne to four residential care homes with the purchase of Edith Bendall Lodge in Pascoe Vale.
