Dale Hunt (left) has evolved from Registered Nurse to CEO of Mounties Group, one of the largest registered club groups in the country. With one new, bold and highly successful retirement village completed, he has launched a home care operation with 100,000 club memberships targeted. We call them Club Communities.

Cameron Kirby of Chanje Partners (right) was CFO and then CEO of arguably the most successful launch of the boldest and riskiest co-located village and care development. He now is pioneering boutique private aged care with runaway sales success, and says they are the new retirement village.
