Melbourne’s The Connault luxury RAC for sale

Luxury Melbourne retirement and aged care home The Connault is for sale, with offers now under review.

The estate in Balwyn, which comprised 40 beds in 30 rooms and has been operated by Karen Kouzas as residential aged care for the past 24 years, is being sold through CBRE.

“The Connault features an esteemed reputation, having previously been operational for 40 rooms sized well above industry standard plus a number of well-appointed communal areas,” the listing reads.

“The quality of the existing improvements is not to be overstated with immediate suitability for a myriad of users including; Aged Care, Retirement, Healthcare, Residential, SDA/NDIS, Investment and more (STCA).”

CBRE also notes that there is potential to “extend, reposition or refurbish” The Connault, particularly for further aged and health care usage.
