RSL LifeCare to deliver Veteran Wellbeing Centre on NSW South Coast

The NSW Not For Profit has been chosen by the Federal Government to develop a new centre designed to assist veterans in regional NSW in the areas of health and welfare in Nowra, around 160km south of Sydney.

The Government has put aside $30 million for the investment of six Veterans Centres around the country, and RSL LifeCare will receive $5 million to develop the Nowra Wellbeing Centre.

RSL LifeCare Board Chairman Andrew Condon says the organisation is proud to be selected.

“The RSL LifeCare strategic plan focuses heavily on our role in service delivery for veterans, and this centre represents a further milestone in our 100-year plus history of enriching the lives of veterans,” he added.
