Health Metrics, a cloud-based aged care software provider, has announced it will roll out its technology platform to South Australian Not For Profit, Eldercare.
Health Metrics’ eCase software platform will be implemented at Eldercare’s 12 aged care homes located in Adelaide and in the Yorke Peninsula.
Eldercare’s Evanston Park home, located 50km north of Adelaide’s CBD, will be the first home to see the technology installed in October 2023.
The eCase platform includes a mobile app for staff, a CRM system, medication management and catering modules.
The two companies are working together to scope and plan a detailed program design.
