The family-owned provider wants to develop the three-storey facility in Oran Park, 60km from the Sydney CBD – its first in the area – and says it will generate over 300 jobs.

Anglicare is currently expanding its 87-unit Oran Park village with 67 new units and an 80-bed aged care facility, while land owned by the Franciscans and Poor Clare nuns in Campbelltown has been rezoned for up to 500 retirement living units and a 100-bed aged care facility.
