After almost 21 years as CEO of Not For Profit NSW aged care provider Warrigal, Mark Sewell is stepping down – and he offered us his insights from a long and celebrated career.
Mark, who announced his retirement earlier this month, told The Weekly SOURCE that there’s more to leadership than simply looking after the company’s bottom line.
“The thing about human services is, you can’t just use the traditional KPIs to rate or rank how you went. There are hundreds, if not thousands of people who would decide whether my work had delivered what it should have,” he says.
