The $200 million 46ha lifestyle resort for over 50s in Pimpama is about to launch its Stage 3 release of 143 homes, priced from $880,000, the first released in 10 months.

All 111 of the standard homes released in the first two stages of the land lease community have sold, with a limited number of split-level homes remaining in stage one and two after being launched to the market in April (2024). 45 homes have been occupied.

“We already have a lengthy waitlist in place for our hugely popular standard home designs, which we believe will sell-out fast,” GemLife Director and CEO Adrian Puljich said.

“We’re also making new premium Emerald Collection split-level homes available, which offer additional luxuries like expansive views, larger floorplans, master suites on two levels to provide privacy for guests or dual living, outdoor entertainment areas on both floors and an elevator, as well as upgraded bespoke inclusions.”

Buyers could choose from seven standard home designs and four premium split-level designs, plus 12 sites for one-off custom designs.

“All homes will be finished with designer touches, generous inclusions, and feature alfresco areas carefully crafted to embrace Gold Coasters’ love of indoor-outdoor living,” he said. “They also achieve an impressive 7-star energy rating, powered by our industry-leading Virtual Power Plant (VPP) technology, which connects each home’s rooftop solar to shared battery storage, reducing carbon emissions and costs for homeowners.”

Located in an elevated enclave of GemLife Gold Coast, the Stage 3 homes will launch tomorrow (26 February).

Adrian Puljich is a speaker at the LEADERS SUMMIT in Sydney next month.
