231 site LLC, ‘Amber’ by Living Gems in Logan Village, sells out Stage One and Two

The demand for land lease homes shows no abating with Living Gem’s latest Over 50s community, Amber, selling out its first stage and with only one plot left in its 32-home second stage.

Seventeen sites in Stage Three have also been prepared for clients to choose from. Stage Four will be released soon. Amber, which is in Logan Valley, Logan, which is halfway between Gold Coast and Brisbane, will when completed be a 231-home community.

“Many of our clients are taking advantage of the current ‘sellers market’ and gaining considerable prices for their homes” said Living Gems’ Sales manager Tameeka Manson.

Clients have 9 home designs to choose from, currently priced from $523,000 to $558,000.

Living Gems will next begin building a second community at Logan Valley, which will be named Crystal.

Living Gems is the Puljich family group that includes GemLife. CEO Adrian Puljich spoke at our LEADERS SUMMIT on their ambition to be the largest LLC operator in the country by 2023.
