92-unit retirement living development approved at Campbelltown Catholic Club in Sydney’s southwest

1 min read

Studio.SC received notification last Tuesday it had development approval to build 92 retirement living dwellings, a diverse range of common facilities and landscape communal offers designed by NewScape Design at the club in the heart of the city, 53km southwest of Sydney’s CBD.

“The project forms part of a long-term masterplan commitment that compliments the Club, Exhibition Centre, Rydge's Hotel, and Fitness Centre,” said Studio.SC Co-Managing Director Doug Southwell.

“The project incorporates the renewal of the heritage significant Emily Cottage. Built between 1823 and 1827, Emily Cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Campbelltown and will be restored by Studio.SC and Urbis Heritage as a unique communal space for the residents.”
