The developer, builder and operator of two communities in VIC has applied to the City of Bendigo to extend its land lease community at Kangaroo Flat, on the outskirts of the city.
It wants to add 73 units and a community clubhouse, with a lounge, function area, kitchen, bar, pool and wellness room to Aviva Communities Bendigo.
Aviva Communities has been gradually extending the over-55s community with its six-star energy rating homes and is now advertising Stage 9.
