1 min read

The nation’s largest Not for Profit provider has launched Callisto Place, its latest vertical retirement village, in Bundoora, 15km northeast of Melbourne’s CBD.

Bolton Clarke Callisto Place is part of an integrated planned community. It will feature 90 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments surrounded by 2,000sqm of public parkland. There will be shared facilities including an OhmieGo Tesla Model Y.

The village is expected to see its first resident early next year.

The planned second stage of the integrated community will include a 108-bed aged care home, 30 Assisted Living Apartments and a 600sqm commercial office space which will house on-site At Home Support services.

“Bundoora is already a hub for our at home support and telehealth services. We are pleased that Callisto Place will extend this local presence with a contemporary integrated community providing connected care services that will support people to age well,” Bolton Clarke Board Member Dr Cherrell Hirst said.

“With our dedicated at home support nurses, carers and allied health professionals based on site, I know Callisto Place will be a community that residents are proud to call home. I am pleased to be able to mark this milestone with our local teams and future residents and look forward to seeing this work progress over the coming year.”
