The final 15 two and three-bedroom independent living villas at Stockland’s Willowdale Retirement Village, will be launched next month.
Prices start at $615,000 for the final stage of new villas. Willowdale Retirement Village is located within the Willowdale masterplan community, which is 44 km southwest of Sydney in Denham Court.
“We expect people will be attracted to the features already enjoyed by around 350 residents, including community gardens and a clubhouse with community lounge, residents’ bar, library, indoor pool, hair salon and gym,” said Megan McBride, Development Manager, Communities – Built Form.
“Shops and services are in easy reach. The local retail centre is within walking distance, the village bus stop is across from the entrance and it is a short drive to the parks at the nearby Willowdale residential community.”
The single storey Willowdale Retirement Village opened in 2017. Bolton Clarke are currently building a neighbouring aged care home, which will be operational in the middle of next year.
