Living Gems and Innovative Planning Solutions submitted a development application to the Moreton Bay Regional Council for a 215 two-bedroom home land lease community in Burpengary East, north of Brisbane.

The development would encompass a host of features including multiple pools, a wine room, golf simulator and bocce area across its 12-hectare site, which currently houses small rural properties.

The development is estimated to cost $60 million and the architect firm is Jared Poole Design.

The proposed development’s strategic framework was found to be in line with Strategic Intent and responds to Council’s “desired Settlement Pattern” before being recommended for approval.

The land lease operator, along with GemLife, currently have a combined 15 locations across south east Queensland, from Toowoomba to Pacific Paradise.
