Ingenia Lifestyle seeks to triple the size of its Millers Glen Scenic Rim land lease community in QLD

The over 50s lifestyle resort division of Ingenia Communities applied to Scenic Rim Regional Council last month to add 211 homes and community facilities to its resort in Beaudesert, a rural town, 70km south of Brisbane. 

Ingenia Lifestyle Millers Glen Scenic Rim is 1.6km east of Beaudesert CBD and has a total land holding of 9.387ha.  

In its 2024 Financial Report, Ingenia Communities stated it had 35 land lease communities with over 4800 homes for over 50s with 5311 development sites.
