Ingenia Lifestyle’s sold-out Latitude One sparks wide interest in new neighbour Natura

Simon Owen’s $100 million investment in the master-planned lifestyle village Latitude One, in Port Stephens, NSW, looks a sound idea.

The award-winning Latitude One’s fourth stage is sold-out, and there is a lengthy waiting list, which is driving interest in its newest community, Natura, at Bob’s Farm, less than 8km away.

Ingenia Communities General Manager Sales, Kate Melrose, said Natura saw significant demand from buyers within days of the first stage being released to market.

“The first stage of homes was released to buyers before Christmas, with 15 homes secured within days of being on the market,” Kate said.

Retirees Gordon and Judy Roberts (pictured below) are among the first to buy into Natura (artist’s sketch above).

“We have friends that live up the road at Latitude One, we went out there to have a look around and we absolutely loved the fact that it was resort style living – pretty much complete with a self-contained community,” Gordon said.

There are 20 homes in Stage 1 of the 111-apartment Natura, which is intended to have a more boutique feel than Latitude One which has nearly 400 residents. Natura’s Stage 2 is likely to become available later this month or in early April.
