Lendlease has opened the new clubhouse and wellness centre at its Sherwin Rise retirement village in the northern Melbourne suburb of Wollert.
The $5 million clubhouse, which doubles as a wellness hub, features amenities such as an indoor heated pool, gym, beauty salon, bowling greens, cinema, and health consulting rooms. Residents will also be able to access personalised health and wellness programs, social events, and a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator.
“Resident wellness is our priority and we want our residents to have a healthier and happier connected lifestyle in this new community,” said Nathan Cockerill, Managing Director of Retirement Living at Lendlease (pictured).
“The new Clubhouse and Wellness Hub at Sherwin Rise will expand on the already close-knit community, and we know residents are thrilled to be getting this new space as a place to socialise, relax and enjoy living well which will both offer greater connection to both the village and the local area.”
Sherwin Rise has recently released a batch of new homes starting at $475,000.
