Land lease operator Lifestyle Communities has begun selling its new communities Woodlea, which is a 7.1ha site within Mirvac’s masterplanned community, 29km west of Melbourne CBD, and Bellarine, south-west of Melbourne.
“Both are selling really strongly with lots of interest and Woodlea boasts one of the most amazing clubhouses (pictured) that we have developed to date. Right on the corner opposite the shopping centre it will be a huge attractor for those wanting a more urban life with all the benefits of a shopping centre across the road,” James Kelly (pictured below), Co-Founder and Managing Director, said.
Lifestyle Woodlea, which has 180 home sites, is Lifestyle Communities’ fourth community in Melbourne’s North West corridor.
“The houses at Lifestyle Woodlea also have a new specification throughout and are really starting to lean into both the needs of the baby boomer as well as the Gen X customers,” James said.
“Increasingly we are seeing a younger cohort with more and more still working. We have started to further adapt our clubhouses to better facilitate this emerging trend.”
Bellarine, which is 160 home sites at Leopold, the booming township, which is eastern of Geelong.
James said two more communities would be launched in December and three more in March next year. Lifestyle Communities had 15 existing communities, five under construction and six awaiting construction (including Bellarine) at the time of its FY22 financial report.
When all projects are complete, Lifestyle Communities will own and operate 5,391 homes.
