Living Choice has unveiled plans for its first land lease community, to be built at Mount Barker in South Australia.
The Living Choice Mount Barker development – which received approval in August last year – will comprise 215 homes plus a country club and community centre, and represents a big step for Living Choice, which currently operates 10 traditional retirement villages across three states with two more under construction.
Living Choice hosted information sessions on 2 February, showcasing site plans, recreation centre plans, and home designs; in total, there will be 12 home designs available in two- and three-bedroom options.
A sales office will open on-site by June, by which stage Living Choice will have contracts ready and be able to accept deposits.
Living Choice Mount Barker was intended as the operator’s second LLC; however, its first, at Kincumber on NSW’s Central Coast, was stalled after two rejections.
