Pariter, a long-term investor specialising in the development and operation of community infrastructure, has announced a partnership with Mingara Leisure Group to co-develop a new retirement living precinct adjacent to the Mingara Recreation Club in Tumbi Umbi on the NSW Central Coast.
The development will be designed for the community-minded, active retiree and will integrate with Mingara Recreation Club to offer a unique experience for Club members and residents, Pariter said.
“This exciting new partnership will deliver initiatives that align with both of our visions and sense of community,” said Pariter CEO John Innes.
“We are proud to partner with a progressive club like Mingara and look forward to delivering a vibrant village that allows residents to enjoy a coastal lifestyle and tailored programs and services that adapt seamlessly as their needs change.
"We have engaged with council and have had our initial pre-DA meeting for the project."
The proposed retirement living precinct will be near RetireAustralia’s Glengara Retirement Village.
Pariter is also a partner in the Watermark Residences at Newgreens Chatswood, 10km north of Sydney’s CBD.
