Serenitas’ Thyme land lease operator has three new communities scheduled to open soon in the rural town of Canungra in Queensland’s Scenic Rim Region, Mareeba in the state’s Far North and Forster, on New South Wales Mid-North Coast.
“We have experienced overwhelming demand and sold-out stage releases in record time across each of our Thyme Lifestyle Resorts,” said Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols (pictured).
“The positive feedback from prospective buyers and sales results are a testament that we are creating desirable communities in highly sought-after locations.
“Whilst we are in the early stages of pre-marketing, buyer interest in each of the new Thyme locations has been strong. I look forward to making an announcement in the coming months as our experienced team formalise launch plans.”
In addition, work will officially start next week on a new multimillion-dollar Clubhouse at Thyme Hervey Bay, Eli Waters, 286km north of Brisbane.
“It is a significant milestone in providing our homeowners with opportunities to socialise and access the superb recreational facilities. The Clubhouse will be the focal point to connect the Thyme Hervey Bay community, acting as an extension of their own homes where friends and family will be welcomed in style at this beautiful coastal location,” Rob said.
Work has also started on a men’s shed at Thyme Moreton Bay, north of Brisbane.
Thyme also has a community at Evans Head in the NSW Northern Rivers.
