Serenitas has cut the ribbon on the multi-million-dollar clubhouse at its The Anchorage Lifestyle Resort at Hervey Bay on Queensland’s Fraser Coast.
The Anchorage’s clubhouse broke ground a year ago, and includes amenities such as a tennis and pickleball court, pool and spa, gym, and bowling greens.
“The Clubhouse will be the focal point for the community, enabling homeowners to live active, vibrant and engaged lives. Importantly it will be an extension of their own homes, where friends and family can be welcomed in style,” said Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols (pictured).
“We are very proud of the contribution the Clubhouse project has made to the local economy, and we will continue to utilise local builders and trades as we start work on Stage 3A homes, bringing further benefits to the Fraser Coast region of Queensland.”
More than 50% of the community’s planned 96 homes have already sold, with Stage 3A recently released to the market.
