Stephen Scotchmer’s new concept village Esprit de Vie has put plans before Gold Coast City Council for a 120 independent living unit development. The Ex-COO of Marchese Partners has engaged them at the Mermaid Waters project.

Esprit de Vie Mermaid Waters held its launch party with celebrity Denise Drysdale (pictured with Stephen Scotchmer).

The major emphasis in the positioning and marketing is ‘wellness’ and the ongoing involvement of management in your goals.
