Stockland has lodged plans for a new land lease development for 450-500 homes that will be double the size of its award-winning Halcyon Nirimba in Bells Creek on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
Halcyon Blu by Stockland, if granted approval, will be built on approximately 19ha of land in Banya in Caloundra South.
The proposed designs show buyers will have the option to choose between single and two-storey homes, each with two bedrooms and car spaces.
The plans include a leisure centre, a wellness retreat featuring a lagoon-style swimming pool organised around a “living loop”, which includes a cinema, library, yoga lawn and community garden exclusive to the residents of Halcyon Blu.
The site would be the second Halcyon community in Stockland’s master planned community Aura after the start of construction on Halcyon Nirimba in 2021.
“There will be easy connection to the broader Aura community through direct access to the extensive walking and cycling network around Aura to support a healthy and active lifestyle,” said a Stockland spokesman.
