Stockwell’s Solana Lifestyle Resorts are growing

The Queensland construction firm of over seven decades is adding to its manufactured home park business which started with an over 50s resort in Bribie Island, Moreton Bay, completed in 2022. 

Its 200 homes sold out with three current resales from $610,000 (two-bedroom, one-bathroom, one car space) to $630 (two-and-a-half bedroom, one-bathroom, one car space).  

Now the first residents have moved into 1770 – Agnes Water, 478km north of Brisbane, which will have 224 homes when complete. Homes are from $535,000 for a 130sqm two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom and one car space to $725,000 for a 185sqm 2+MPR-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 car spaces.     

Stockwell also reported an update on its Northern Beaches Mackay manufactured home park, 972km northwest of Brisbane’s CBD: Roads are being made with homes under construction. 

The Weekly SOURCE reported in November 2023 Stockwellk had sought investment funds for the three developments, promising a cash return of 10.5% per year for an anticipated 24-month investment.
