Adrian Barnett’s Quintess Retirement Community Mango Hill in QLD’s Moreton Bay hopeful to welcome first residents this month

Adrian Barnett’s Quintess Retirement Community Mango Hill, part of the first intergenerational site on the east coast of Australia, is aiming for the first villas to be available to move into in the last week of October.

The second block of villas on the site in QLD’s Moreton Bay region, is hoped will be completed and ready to move into in December, before Christmas. There will be 145 villas in total and only four remain for sale.

The Brisbane property developer wants Mango Hill Early Learning, which he owns and operates, and Quintess Retirement Community Mango Hill, to co-exist.

“The benefits of bringing seniors and young children together in a community based programme facility have been well documented and proven,” he said.

The resort-style retirement community was launched with two sold-out pre-release launch events in November last year, with villas priced from $395,000 to $599,000. The median house price in Mango Hill is $744,500, according to Real Estate Investor.
