The Camden-based Not For Profit has announced it will be building 41 luxury apartments offering assisted living in the town, 68km southwest of the Sydney CBD.
The Riverview Assisted Living Apartments will feature 24 two-bedroom and 29 one-bedroom apartments across three levels, with a fourth level to boast a prep kitchen, dining room, private dining room, lounge and a multipurpose lounge room/library with associated amenities plus a landscaped roof terrace.
The building will also offer a clinical, allied health and housekeeping services and a full-time concierge.
Led by CEO Raad Richards (pictured right above), Carrington has a 130-year history of providing care with four aged care homes and 283 retirement living units spread across its large site outside of Camden on the Nepean River plus home care services, CHSP and respite care.
