Coast2Bay Housing Group will operate the Hollindale Mainwaring Architecture designed unit block in Stockland’s Aura, Australia's largest residential development project, after it was constructed by Murphy Builders and funded by the Queensland Government.
“Our new tenants moved into their homes in December and include women over 55, seniors and those living with disability,” said Not For Profit Coast2Bay Housing Group, based in Maroochydore.

This not only provides people in need with affordable housing but additionally, with the standard of design and a modern new home, gives the residents dignity and therefore providing the residents with an opportunity for a more successful future.""
