Platino Properties to start building second Community Apartment Project (CAPs) in Greenwich, Sydney

After the success of his first CAPs strata development Jardin in Frenchs Forest, George Revay will oversee this month the start of his new Community Apartments Project, The Bellevue, an eight-storey development of 36 apartments in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Platino Properties sold out Jardin before the building was finished and it convinced George, Founder and CEO of Platino Properties, that there was a market for people over the age of 55 who didn’t want to move into a retirement village and pay exit fees, but were interested in having access to more services.

An information session for The Bellevue Greenwich was held last week and potential customers were told of its features:

  • 38 x 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.
  • 1 beds from $1 million, 2 beds from $1,71 million and 3 beds from $1.895 million
  • Apartments are up to 178sqm (internally) and 77sqm (externally).
  • Resident exclusive facilities include a resident’s lounge, outdoor terrace and wellness studio
  • Community and lifestyle concierge services (through Zinnia Living)
  • Own Strata title.
  • Platino Properties are a gold iCIRTrated developer.
  • Construction to finish in late 2024
  • Commercial spaces on the ground floor
  • Expansive panoramic views out to the city, harbour, Blue Mountains and to the North.
  • Energy-efficient measures have been incorporated into the design, including shading devices, solar panels, and provision for electric vehicle charging.
