Levande appoint a new strategic, creative and branding partner

1 min read

Effective immediately, the retirement operator Levande has chosen 303 MullenLowe as its new strategic, creative and branding partner after a competitive pitch.

Levande, owned by EQT Infrastructure, has more than 9,000 residents living in 59 retirement villages. 303 MullenLowe’s remit includes PR/social and experience.

“Retirement has clearly moved on in culture, yet retirement communities are still riddled with the same cliches. This is an incredible opportunity to help Levande raise the expectations, bringing together the power of creativity, brand design and retail to drive disproportionate growth,” 303 MullenLowe Sydney’s Chief Executive Officer Joanna Gray said.

“We know that once people experience what Levande has to offer, satisfaction is extremely high. It’s a classic job of closing the gap between perception and reality, using our behaviour change expertise,”

Levande’s Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Nik Scotcher, said the operator has “big growth ambitions”.  In February last year, Levande said it had a target of acquiring 20 new development sites within the next three years.
