Ken Morrison is to return to the Property Council as CEO. He was executive director of the Property Councils NSW Division between 2002 and 2010and then headed up the Property Councils national advocacy and spearheaded the merging of the Retirement Village Association into the Retirement Living Council.
Ken resigned from the Property Council in May last year to become CEO of the Tourism and Transport Forum. He has been recruited to replace Peter Verwer, who is moving to Singapore to head up the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association.

Manuel Lang joins GemLife as Chief Corporate Officer
The ASX-listed land lease community operator GemLife has appointed Manuel Lang as its Chief Corporate Officer, effective 1 October 2025. Manuel brings more than 20 years’ experience in the land lease and property sectors. He was General Manager Land Lease Communities at AVID Property Group.
